4-day Week - $940 + HST 

  • Ice: 90min Skating, Positional & Hockey IQ
  • Lunch: Food with be provided.

At Dahan Goaltending, we provide professional instruction with a focus on teaching high discipline and exploring the goaltender's needs. We promise to provide a lively-paced structured environment.

Our environment is highly illustrative with elite-level goalies teaching techniques. Successful athletes understand why and what they are taught and how to use it during their practices & games.

We provide structured training to progress the student faster and only continue to progress through the program once each foundational step is achieved. Our objective is to improve the intelligence of each goaltender and ensuring they train with a more dedicated and proud approach.

We provide immediate video review to help the athlete visually see their performance and better understand the technique we are working on improving. Our coaches are passionate, educated and the shooters all play at a high level and will challenge the goaltender.

DAY 1: MONDAY

9:30 AM: WORKOUT

Off-Ice goalie specific functional movement.

10:45 AM: ICE

1.5 hours on ice with a 3:1 goalie to net ratio. 

12:15 PM: LUNCH

45 minute break for lunch. 

1:00 PM: SEMINAR

Classroom workshop going over technical analysis, video review and open discussion.

2:15 PM: ICE

1.5 hours on ice accessory skate to discuss and work on that days focus.
